2 parts kanon
¼ red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 thyme sprig
¾ part lemon juice
½ part simple syrup
pinch of salt
Muddle thyme and red pepper in shaking tin with salt,
lemon juice and simple syrup,
add Kanon, shake, strain into collins glass with ice,
top with soda, garnish with thyme sprig.
