All things considered, it's safe to say that FÖK Scott Lipps is a pretty busy guy. However, between scouting some of the freshest faces to walk at Fashion Week and branding top clients, we can definitely see the appeal in the manager cum man-about-town's workaholic lifestyle. We recently caught up with the tastemaker himself about his latest adventures in the concrete jungle, including a rather lovely performance with one of rock and roll's most entertaining ladies. Kanon Vodka: You have a pretty sweet job, in our opinion. What's your favorite part about it?

Scott Lipps: In actuality it’s great to have a vision and have a great team to help you carry it out, but I’m not going to lie to you – it's a 24/7 job. The greatest part about the job is helping someone achieve success. I also really like the branding aspect of the job.

KV: We're also big fans of your Tumblr blog, Pop Lipps. How did that get started?

SL: PopLipps got started (to be quite frank) as not my idea. Our publicist, Alan Rish, had the idea and as I started to get more involved in it, it took on a life of its own. I’ve got to tell you that I’m completely flattered that I have people around the world who are fans wanting to be featured on it.

Cassie Coane and Harley Viera-Newton

It's become somewhat of a New York Fashion Week staple that Harley Viera-Newton and Cassie Coane throw an all-out rager to celebrate their joint birthdays that happen to fall during that particularly crazy week. This year, toasting their 23rd at Lavo was no different– well, aside from the fact that it may have been the best one yet.

Being DJs and all-around girls about town, the duo knows a thing or two about throwing a good party, especially with our cocktails in hand. But honestly, who wouldn't want to attend a party that comes with its own shirt: "I went to Cassie and Harley's 23rd birthday party and all I got was addicted to clubbing?" You've already seen the photobooth pictures, maybe even spotted an Olsen or three, and you've stalked the night through the lens of Mark the Cobrasnake. But now it's time to have a chat with the twosome, so keep scrolling.

So first off, how did you two meet?

Harley: We met in high school! We only found out after becoming friends that we have the same exact birthday...I guess we were fated/doomed to be BFFs.

Cassie: We met in 9^th grade literally on the street. We had some mutual friends and they brought our whole group of girls together. There's about eight of us and we’re still all best friends.
