When something is pegged as a “three day party like no other,” you have to believe that our little vodka ears perk up. Like we’ve always said, we’re down for just about any kind of party–at any time. So when we heard that music festival Escape To New York (based on London’s Secret Garden festival) was making its way to the states, we wanted to go, obviously–especially when we heard that Patti Smith and bands like Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros and Best Coast were on the weekend's lineup. When we heard glamping teepees (that's lingo for "glamorous camping" for the unfamiliar) were involved? Well, we just about started packing right then and there. Camping, music, and cocktails is a recipe for a memorable weekend if you ask us. And that’s not all–there will also be installations, performance art, and wait for it…the world’s biggest brunch, featuring more than enough Kanon bloody marys to go around.
